Automatic canvas and theme when creating a new report within Fabric

When creating a new report in Fabric (Power BI service), the report page is blank.

Can I customize how the page looks when creating a new report - including canvas and theme?

Through my internet searches it doesn't appear that it is possible but thought I'd ask my peers just in case you know something that I haven't been able to find. 

To be clear: 

I want the canvas to be automatically populated when I create a new report. And I want the Theme to be automatically populated too. 

I want to click Create a report in the service and it opens a new report with my canvas and theme I selected, without me having to do it each time.

• Yo can chnage the color of Canvas and if you want to add any image you can add while creatig new report in services. If you see below snapshot I used orange color to my canvas. You have to got FormatYourpage-->Select Color-->Adjust th transparencey.

• If you want to add any image you can add it. in the image section you can choose image from your local. 
• 
• If you want to add Wallapper also you can add in wallpaper section.
•

Hi @Devon-Yeager 

I don't think it's possible in PBI services. Canvas will not populate automatically when you create the report. Please submit your idea [Submit your Idea] here. If you get enough votes. Microsoft will consider implement this requirement in future.
