Hi! This DLP policy error has appeared pretty late into my flow creation about a week after the elements coausing it had been added and after many tests. Is there a reason it is appearing so late and anyway around it besides applying for a custom DLP policy?
Full error: Admin data policy 'dlpPolicy' restricts the use of /providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_onedriveforbusiness with /providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_office365.

Hi @jesualli ,
This error means your environment has a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy that blocks using OneDrive and Office 365 connectors together in the same flow. That’s why you’re seeing:
Admin data policy 'dlpPolicy' restricts the use of shared_onedrive with shared_office365
Sometimes DLP policies are updated after a flow is created, or the policy enforcement kicks in only when the flow is saved or revalidated. That’s why it might not have shown up during your earlier tests.

Hi @jesualli ,
As you mentioned you're encountering a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy issue that restricts the use of shared_onedrive with shared_office365 in Power App it might be due to restricted connectors. To resolve this, check the error message for details on the violating connectors and review your DLP policies in the Power Platform admin center. If you have admin privileges, modify the policy to allow the necessary connectors. If not, contact your Power Platform admin to request changes.
Your administrator has applied what is known as a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy which is causing the error.
Connectors can be categorized as either Business, Non Business or Blocked. DLP prevents users from using blocked connectors w or a combination of both business and non business connectors within the same flow. Based on the error above, you have used a combination of both business (shared_commondataserviceforapps) and non business connectors (sharedoffice365).
DLP policies are designed to protect your organization's data by controlling which connectors can be used together.
Go to Power Platform admin Center:
Navigate to Data policies > view all policies
Open each policy and:
check which environments it applies to.
Look under connector groups to see where OneDrive for Business and office 365 outlook are classified.
The blocking rule exists if they are in separate groups, ensure both OneDrive and Office365 connectors are in the same group.

Chaithra

Thx for your help! Can you offer some more guidance regarding creating a Custom Policy. I am filling out this form to change my environment's policy but it looks like policies are already set. How can i find the definitions of teh policies and know which one is the right for my environment?Information Protection Engagement - Power Apps
Also how do i know which DLP policy is enforcing this rule? Their are multiple tenant-level policies that are being applied to this environment.
