Monitor Hub Data as Real-Time Data Source

My company is looking for a solution for monitoring Data Pipeline jobs status in real time. We are aware of the capability to create an Eventstream job event that gets added to Activator, but we are looking for a solution that would monitor all jobs happening in the capacity and act when conditions are met. The monitoring hub already has all of the necessary data needed for this, there is just no way to access it through API's or or connectors.

- Would workspace scope of the job events be sufficient for your scenario? if not, is there a reason why you need these events on the capacity scope?

- Would the data in the existing job events be sufficient for your scenario?
