web app to connect to Power BI to generate and email PDFs

Hello

 

I'm completely new to Power BI 

 

I was wondering if it's possible to create a web application where one would upload a CSV file that would be sent onto Power BI and this would generate a PDF with some custom reports based on this CSV file?

 

Also, these reports would need to be either sent by email or be able to be downloaded by the user in the web app.

 

Is this possible?
