I have created an embedded PowerBI dashboard on my website for a client demonstration using direct query on Azure.
The dashboard works fine; however when I get into the presentation with more that 10 people joining in from the company ...they start getting "data not available"
When I have them connect on the iPad's using 4G -- it works fine there. Can you tell me is there some setting I am missing to enable all users -- this is quite important; since I would not be able to sell my websie otherwise.
Please help

I am not sure how I can attache images in this post; dont see the option. but basically when the click on my reports withing my iFrame (website). The get an image which says "Content Not Available"; also it works for me but not for them.
The purchase of my website is dependent on this; the entire thing is hosted in Azure, I hope there is no pricing upon which MS is waiting for, since I am willing to pay just dont know where.
You can upload images by Insert Photos in Rich Text tab. Based on your description above, you may try to refresh the cache and check if the accessToken has expired.
Maybe dashboard access issue or Row level security might be cause the issue
