How to find Average YTD percentage using Dax

I created some data:

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Create measure.

 

Measure =
var _today=TODAY()
var _avgYTD=
AVERAGEX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Date]>=DATE(YEAR(_today),1,1)&&'Table'[Date]<=_today),[Value])
var _avgall=
AVERAGEX(
    ALL('Table'),[Value])
return
DIVIDE(_avgYTD,_avgall)

 

2. Result:
