"R DataTable" in Power BI Embedded or Publish to Web

Hi,

 

According to the following post, the plug-in custom visual of "R DataTable" is not available in Power BI Embedded or Publish to Web as of July 2017 (which was 2 years ago):

https://github.com/deldersveld/rDataTable

 

I would like to know if this tool is available as of the latest version of Power BI Embedded or Publish to Web? (ie. June or July 2019)
