We embedded several LONG reports on our site (premium capacity).
When hitting the export functionality of a visual (... in the right top corner), the dialog popup opens in the middle of the report.
Result: users do not see that dialog box when exporting one of the top visuals, because they would have to scroll down to see the dialog box.
We would like the popup to appear on top of the visual that triggered the export. Anybody?

Currently Power BI doesn't support us to change the position of popup. I think you can try to export data from vsiual by code as below.
Here is a sample to export the first 100 rows of summarized data.
let result = await visual.exportData(models.ExportDataType.Summarized, 100);
console.log(result.data);
If you want to export underlying data you can try ExportDataType.Underlying function.
