i need Time format.

Hi all,

  i have one dataset in those dataset i have users and start time and end time and duration by using these three fields i created report and i calculated  total hours by using duration field for this i used calculated measure :Sum(table[duration]) by default i am getting date format 13/12/1899 and i am changed these calculated measure format as time(i.e., hh:nn:ss) then after it is shown only hours.then after same report (pbix file)i am sending to my client they are getting again Date format(i.e.,13/12/1899).

same report i am send to my colleauge but he is getting correct format and my client is located in australia but they are getting date format.please once see below screen shots and help me as soon as possible.
