deploying Power BI (PBIP) projects using Azure DevOps

HI, Can someone guide me on how to deploy PowerBI (PBIP) projects using Azure DevOps without using open-source extensions (Power BI Actions) and open-source PowerShell modules (fabricps-pbip)?"
