Hi, everyone.
I have a custom data source that does not match any of the current data connectors. Is it possible to build my own data connector? I thought I read this somewhere, but can't find any details.
Thanks,
Scott

You can create proper web services for your data source, regardless of whatever it is. And call the web service from power bi desktop via "get-data -> web", the gateway also support refresh a web data source.
I believe where you want to go is here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/developers/
Scroll down to the block on creating a Content Pack (which is essentially what you need to do) and use the "Contact" button.

Out of curiousity, what is the data source?
@Greg_Deckler - This is for a prospect, and I am not sure yet what the source is! Was just told it is not an existing connection. Will find out soon, hopefuly.
