We've captured the moments from FabCon & SQLCon that everyone is talking about, and we are bringing them to the community, live and on-demand. Starts on April 14th. Register now
we are begining on a new project where I am checking if it is possible to apply security features on the data level with windows loging key?
We have a scenario where we will capture the windows user ID and in the database there is an authentication table which say which users should see what objects in the database.
Is it possible to pass the windows login information via a custom connector to the database and then only disclose the database objects using the authentication table?
