can't open file 'PythonScriptWrapper.PY'

Dear all,

I have the following message error when running a python script that extract the data frame to excel.

C:/Users/****/Programs/Python/Python37/python.exe: can't open file 'PythonScriptWrapper.PY': [Errno 13] Permission denied

I thought that has to do with the temporary location so I have already tried to go into file > option > python scripting > change temporary location and make sure I had access to that folder but that does not change anything.

Any help or ideas are welcome -
