We use te Xero Template App to ingest financial infomation which is great, but is there a way to configure what data gets pulled from Xero?
Specifically, we want to be able to include the customer account number, so that we can pair the customer transaction data in Xero with usage and activity data in our other systems.
Does anyone know if there's a means of customising the schema, or would we effectively have to write our own integration from scratch?
Hi Matthew,
You can connect to most Xero end points using the Odata feed connector via OdataLink
It exposes most of the end points as odata feeds which you can connect to

Hi @MatthewTaylor ,
Have you tried this connector in Power BI Desktop?

Hi Lionel, this is indeed the one we are using. Unfortunately it only seems to show the customer name but not number at present. This is why I was curious if anyone knew if it was possible to configure it to somehow pull the customer number as part of its schema. Eager to avoid reinventing the wheel if it's already doable.
Thanks for your reply,
Matt
