X-axis Labels Missing on Zoom Out—Need Help!

I'm encountering an issue with my Power BI reports where the X-axis labels disappear or skip entries when I zoom out on my visuals. Normally, each data point would have a label, but now it seems to only show every second label, making it difficult to get a detailed view at a glance.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, could you share how you resolved it or suggest any workarounds? I'm using Power BI version 2024, April release, and this behavior seems to be new with recent updates. I'm particularly interested in any settings or configurations that might help in displaying all X-axis labels consistently, regardless of the zoom level.

However If I turn it to the Categorical Data, I can not use X-axis Zoom Slider. I should use this feature...

Regarding your request to implement X-axis scaling while fully displaying X-axis labels,
I'm sorry to say that Power BI Desktop does not currently support simultaneous implementation. Below is a test I have performed:

If you change the X-axis data type to "Categorical", you can no longer set up automatic scaling for the X-axis.

At this point, you can only set up auto-scaling for the axes (x-axis is not possible).

You can also submit an idea for it at https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible.

I am glad to help you.
According to your description, I think you can try the following:
Select the "Categorical" type.

The Power BI Desktop automatically selects Continuous for continuous data (such as numbers or dates) and changes it to Categorical.
