Ways to get metadata when sensitivity labels are being used

We have some reports and workspaces where we are using the sensitivity labels. 

I am currently trying to get metadata about workspaces, reports and report fields. Found that we wont be able to get all the info using PBIX export rest API when we set sensitivity labels. 

We are looking for a way to retrieve metadata of Power BI objects(workspaces, reports and report fields etc.) with sensitivity labels ? Can you help us and let us know whats the best way to get the metadata about Power BI objects

Who is "we"?  Are you the tenant admin?  Are you using the scanner API?
