Hello all, I have a 3 page report that was working. Now for no obvious reason the visuals are losing data.
Data Source- CSV file
.pbix file stored on OneDrive
File published in Power BI services. It was working fine, But all of a sudden couple of visuals are showing blank in Published file as well as in power Bi file and not getting refreshed when I am trying to refresh.
Thanks for any help, can't find anything on MS PBI Community
Hi @Anonymous ,
Did you get any error when your refresh you report in Power BI Service?
Where is your data source stored, on OneDrive or local? Could you succeed to refresh your report in Power BI Desktop? Will it show blank in same visuals in Power BI Desktop after refresh or only in Power BI Service will.
Please check whether your data source lose data.
As lbendlin mentioned there may be some filters in your report. Please check whether you add some filter with boolean.
For reference: Reports doesn’t show data in Power BI Web service after refresh – Issue with True/False values

@Ibendlin The Data loads as expected and there are no errors in that. I tried to Update the latest data and refresh the file, but still all the visuals using that data set is not showing any values in this Dashboard.
Click on the filter icon for that visual to see which filters are currently applied to it. Maybe you have a hidden slicer or similar.
I don't have any hidden Filters. Even in the published dashboard(with 3 different versions ), The visual is showing balnk in all the published links as well.
You mention that this also happens in the Power BI file. In Power Query Editor can you trace the steps that are taken by the query to ingest the CSV file and confirm that the data loads as expected?
