Appreciate if there is a step by step tutorial on calling REST API from Power BI Desktop, for workspace admin. Thks! 🙂

Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck?

It is, but be aware that it only works with AAD auth, not with full OAUTH2.
