Using API to set Workspace Privacy for Members ReadOnly

I am working on an application in which I programmatically create a workspace using Groups.CreateGroupAsync(). But there is no option to specify Privacy of “members can only view”. In addition, this code throws an error group.IsReadOnly = true; await client.Groups.UpdateGroupAsAdminAsync(group.Id, group); Does anyone know if this can be accomplished?
