I am trying to make a report which demonstrates the Usage of PowerBI in our organization.

It has come to my attention that many people leave their reports day after day without refresh the page.

I need a tool which follows the user clicks in each report.

Do you know if PowerBI tools enable such analysis?

Hi @SPBIQ,

There could be several ways.

1. The Usage Metrics in the Admin portal, which needs admin permission.

2. Every report and every dashboard has its own Usage Metrics. 

3. The Audit log in Office 365.
