Upload report to the workspace, .NET

What .NET method should I use to put a pbix file to the PBI workspace? 

There is a PowerShell cmdlet in Microsoft.PowerBI.Commands.Reports namespace which does what I need - New-PowerBIReport, it refers to Microsoft.PowerBI.Common.Api.Reports with PostReportForWorkspace function. It seems to be a POST request to API to put a pbix file to the workspace. And I assume that there should be an appropriate method to do the same in .NET, but due to the very poor documentation Microsoft provides for PBI developers I can't find it.
