Upgrading v1 Power BI workspaces

We have received the following message from message center. Can someone guide us on where to run this command from?  We are trying to determine if we are affected by this Office 365 change.

Powershell:

List current workspaces

# Connect with regular power bi admin

Connect-PowerBIServiceAccount -Credential (Get-Credential)

# Find all active workspaces

$workspaces = Get-PowerBIWorkspace -Scope Organization -Type Group | Where-Object { $_.State -match 'Active' } | Select-Object Id, Name, Type $workspaces

Check in Admin portal:

View workspaces
