Update DataSet Credentials using Service Principal - Using SDK

I have the exact same issue as this message.  However we are using the .Net SDK and don't want to use powershell.

The CredentialData object does have serialize commands to format the request properly:

To give a bit more detail, I get a 500 server error:

Theoretically there shouldn't be any major differences between the SDK, Direct API calls and Powershell commandlets.
