Update Apps via API/CLI/PowerShell. Can it be done?

What it says in the title basically.

Can we tell the PBI service to push changes in workspaces as updates via a "Remote"/"Non-GUI" method?

We want to acheive the same using Azure DevOps Pipelines. We already have made a pipeline for publishing reports to a workspace (used this guide https://medium.com/@lopatin.yegor/continuous-delivery-of-power-bi-reports-with-azuredevops-549b8658c...), but there's no PowerShell or REST method for publishing the workspace to an app. We would very much like this.

@tkboisvert

What do those changes and updates refer to? At this moment, you can see these supported REST APIs.

Updating apps.

Pushing all workspace changes as published changes.

Bumping because there was never an answer for this.

To be clear, we want to publish reports to an account ( even better an app workspace ) and/or update apps using an API/CLI/whatever.
