Unauthorised when using Get-PowerBIWorkspace

I am connecting to powerbi service the following command but get an unauthorised message.  Which specific api permissions are needed to be able to retrieve PowerbiWorkspace.

Connect-PowerBIServiceAccount -CertificateThumbprint $CertThumbprint -ApplicationId $Appid -Tenant $TenantID -ServicePrincipal

Get-PowerBIWorkspace : Operation returned an invalid status code 'Unauthorized'

Hi  @cokiedo ,

It would appear that your account does not have access to view all the workspaces.
Confirm with your admin that your account is part of the Power BI Admin Group.
