Unable to connect power bi data set using API

I'm trying to create dataset and push json data to dataset, but I'm not able to create dataset and push data to dataset. I can do the same for native app. But I have to implement for web app.

As to the registered applications, both "Native app" and "Server-side Web app" are used to generated an accesstoken. With this accesstoken, you can call the Power BI REST APIs. So I'm not sure what is your problem "not able to create using web app" while the native app works.

I guess maybe you misunderstand the "Native app" and "Server side Web app"? In your own web application(eg. your website), you can still use a registered "Native app". See more clarification in this thread.
