Total and Subtotal API Error

Hi,
I am completely new to Visual development and have a problem.
I am trying to implement the Visual "Total and Subtotal API" (see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/visuals/total-subtotal-api).

When I type in VS code "pbiviz start" I get the error "Invalid API Version v4.7.0".

I don't know what API is meant. Can someone help me?
