The power bi desktop data is out of sync to web published data, and it is not allow to re-publish

The powerbi desktop is sync with link version before, but today is out of sync and cannot fix by re-publish, please help, thanks

What type of data source are you using to design the report? Can you please share some more detail information about these steps?

DirectQuery mode, and I tried uninstall desktop and re-login but still not work. Thanks.
