Switch Embedded Users

We just got an error saying that we ran out of tokens to use in our power bi embedded application. We had an power bi pro user without capacity on that account at the time. It seems that in order to have unlimited tokens we must have a capacity. We purchased a capacity inside of Azure and are wondering how we switch our embedded application into that new capacity on azure?
