Hi All,

I am collecting data about our applications.  I would like to create survery form to collect data.  Can we use Microsoft Power Bi to create a form.  Thanks

Please use a tool that was designed for that - like Microsoft Forms.

I'd like to add some information here. Power BI is primarily a data visualization and business intelligence tool, and it does not have built-in functionality for creating survey forms. Besides Microsoft Form, you can use Microsoft SharePoint to create more complex survey forms with advanced features such as branching logic and conditional formatting. You can then use Power BI to connect to the SharePoint list where the survey responses are stored and create visualizations based on the data.
