Single Date picker

Hello, I have effectively a dashboard that is a gallery that displays all information in a sherpoint dependant weather it is Inbound or outbound and then by date. I want to make the date picker a single date picker, ive seen the You tube video on this link however i dont get fucnction i need at then 20230928-Stats Dashboard.png
