Set Filters only works with filter panel open

Hello,

We found an issue related to the filtering when the filter is hidden.

When using the method setFilters using power bi javascript SDK with the filter panel hidden, the report table data is not filtered correctly. Only if I set the property filterPaneEnabled to 'true' the report applies the filter within the report table.

Is this an issue caused by using the old property and not the new panes settings?
