Scheduling reports monthly

Hello friends,

 

I have created a power bi report with multiple pages as per the requirement with some analytics & data tables.

 

Now i need to share the selected pages or visualization as report to end user on monthly basis. How do we do this ?

 

do i need to create seperate pages or can i use the existing pages to share as presenation ?

 

Any suggestions are highly appreciated

Use Power Automate to set up a flow at that schedule, and export the desired format.

@lbendlin , could you pls suggest reference material or videos to configure reports in power automate ? Does this require any kind license ?

 

I am using Pro type license for PBI.
