Scatterplot graph - Market Growth by Total Market vs Market Growth by Product

Hello everyone, 

I was trying to create a scatterplot with the same KPI:

What I have as input is

MAT Growth,

Company X,

Market ( relevant market of the product, each product has one market),

Product 

MAT Market Growth by Product on the X axis, thus I would like to see only the Growth of the products filtered by Company X.

Then MAT Market Growth on the Y Axis, which only reflect the relevant market of the prior selected products in Company X. 

The challenge I have to build it in Power BI. This is how it looks. Ideally also the shaded triangle.
