Same Visualizations for Every User

Is it possible to have one set of visualizations on a web app that every user is able to use/see, but the actual data that populates them will be specific to the user? i.e. same graphs, different data, for everyone.

You can surely do that. By using Row Level Security, people would see the same visuals representing their own data.
