Hi all,
Sorry if this has been answered before or if it is clearly described. I wasn't able to find the answer.
We have an application in which thousands of users can login. The plan is to use Power BI embedded to show a dashboard for each user with only data for that specific user.
I know it is possible to achieve this with RLS when setting this up with Power BI users. But, we don't want to sync our user directory with Active Directory. So we want to implement this using embed tokens.
Is it possible to embed Power BI dashboards with embed tokens and use RLS to show only the data that belongs to the user that is logged-in in our application?
If so, how can this be achieved?
