Row level for manager

Hello everyone,
I have a doubt. I made an embedded of the customer and non-organization type reports with a Master user. I integrated the report in Angular with token call in Java backend. Now my problem is how to filter the data based on the user who connects to the web page to view the report. I would like certain data belonging to the manager to be displayed based on the manager who connects.
I've read about row level but I'm not sure how to integrate it as when I register the app I don't have the data source id.
Can someone help me?

but, can I integrate this functionality with the embeddeb for customer by registering the app and then porting everything to an angular app with a java backend that makes the call for the token?
