Responsive Report - Fixed Height Visual, Changeable Width

I want that when i resize window , height of report should stay the same height but width should change .
We have a project and there are charts that we did in this way but when i put power bi report (chart) and change window size to ipad size ,visuals height being smaller.  I want to use same report on desktop and on ipad at the same time with fixed height. 

Is there a way to do what i want ?
Please response me quickly because i don't have much time to do that in this sprint.
