Remember filter( Persistent filters) in PowerBI Embeded

Hi 

We are using PowerBI Embeded A3 SKU, is there a way to use the persistent filters like in PowerBI.com? 

So the expectation of the users is that when they login to our application the next day and navigate to PowerBI reports that were embeded they will see the filters applied in the last session.

(side question, if we use PowerBI A-sku can we share with free users via powerbi.com?)
