RRECS Scanning Dashboard

Good morning, Morongo Valley for WestPac Cal 6 has only 2 rural routes and 2 rural employees, RRECS is listing 11 total employees and is impacting their scanning scores.  Can you correct this, thanks.

According to your screenshot, I can only find 11 in [# of Empl] total. I think it should be correct, 6+5 = 11.

I am still confused about your requirement. Please share a sample file with me and show me a screenshot with the result you want. This will make it easier for me to find the solution.
