RLS (row level security) at the database level and embed the report with SSO authentication

Hello Guys,

We have a Power BI report which has source as Azure SQL Database (Direct Query).

Now, we have to apply the RLS (row level security) at the database level instead of Powe BI report after that we have to embed this report in web app for azure user.

for that we have prepared the below steps:

1) Create the web app with SSO
2) once user will login in web application, We will have the access token

can we use that access token to get the embed token?if that access token works, can we pass that token as identity blob while getting the embed token ?

Please suggest, What steps we can follow to achieve this requirement.
