REST API for setting Large Datasets (PremiumFiles)

Hello,

Does any one know how to enable large datasets using Power BI REST API? The link below shows how to do it with Powershell only.

I can also see the parameter 'targetStorageMode' when calling Get Dataset in Group, but cannot find any thing on Update or Set Dataset
