Hi All,
I'm writing a script for automatic deployment
I successfully update the dataset parameters via the REST API, I need the same for dataflow.
Or as another solution, create a rule for the deployment pipeline using API
Thanks for your help
Hi @Anonymous
Thanks for the answer, changing the name of the dataflow using this method is certainly not what I wanted
Is there any information about creating rules for deployment pipelines using parameters via API?
Hi @B2BI ,
Upon thorough investigation, it appears that there isn’t a dedicated REST API endpoint specifically for updating the parameters of a dataflow directly. Nevertheless, you can utilize the following REST API endpoint if you wish to modify the information of the dataflow:
Dataflows - Update Dataflow - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn
| { "name": "newDataflowName", "description": "New dataflow description", "allowNativeQueries": "false", "computeEngineBehavior": "computeOptimized" } |
Best Regards
