Problem embedding Power BI tiles and reports

As of today I am having problems with embedding of Power BI tiles and reports. Embedded reports are not rendering at all and embedded tiles randomly displays the "Oops, we could not find the page you were looking for" message. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I'm having a a similar problem where all my reports and dashboards simply come back with a 'Something went wrong' error so our embedded reports no longer show - i've deleted them and tried to upload the files from the desktop power bi, but get the same error.
