PowerBI custom slicer

I want to create a slicer with capability of disabled options or options with which can be enable and disable on basis of some condition, according to my research PowerBI doesn't give any option like this. So I am designing custom slicer using React to achieve this task, issue regarding it is that when I request from React to Power BI with that slicer options it doesn't filter other visuals because it isn't integrated so I need to know the method through which React get integrates with Power BI Report Data so visuals could get filtered accordingly,
Thanks in advance for your efforts

I think you didn't got it, so let me explain with more details.
I don't want to integrate PowerBI Report in React Application, my task is that we can create custom visuals using React that can be used inside PowerBI as a form of visual. Now I want to filter my other visuals on basis of selection of this Custom Visual.
