I'm pulling the data source from power bi datasets in power bi report builder and trying to execute the below query but getting error
Query in dataset1
EVALUATE SUMMARIZECOLUMNS('Query1'[LOAN_NUMBER], 'Query1'[LOAN_ORIGINATOR_NAME], 'Query1'[LOAN_MODIFICATION_DATE], FILTER(VALUES('Query1'[LOAN_NUMBER]), 'Query1'[LOAN_NUMBER] IN (@LN)))
Error
Query (1, 154) The function expects a table expression for argument '1', but a string or numeric expression was used.

Perhaps you can try to use following Dax formula if it suitable for your requirement:
SUMMARIZE (
FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Query1' ), 'Query1'[LOAN_NUMBER] IN ( @LN ) ),
'Query1'[LOAN_NUMBER],
'Query1'[LOAN_ORIGINATOR_NAME],
'Query1'[LOAN_MODIFICATION_DATE]
)
