Please do let me know how to export data into excel for more than 150,000 rows. I have read article which mentioned the limit of 150000 rows, if we upgrade to premium service, can we dowload more. Please do help me with this.

AFAIK, the export feature has limitations on export data amount and upgrade licenses did not increase the export amounts.
If you have premium licenses, you can try to use the XMLA endpoint feature to directly connect the dataset and use it to export data. I think it can export more data than default export features.

Hi,
The documentation states that there is a limit of rows that can be exportet to csv, this limit is 30000 rows.
Using the target format xlsx this limit is 150k rows, the export to xlsx option is available in Power BI Service.

Theres no way to do it (upload more then 150k of rows) in Power BI Premium too, look:
