Power Bi & MongoDB live data

Hello everyone,

in my WPF application i have to visualize some dashboards and if it's possible i want to use power bi. The data are stored in a MongoDB database. I've installed the connector ODBC and I'm able to retrieve data on power bi. 

Now i have some questions.

It's possible to refresh data near real time in power bi automatically ? (At the moment i do that with manual refresh)
It's possible to public a power bi dashboard in a HTML page (with cloud or also there are an on premises solution for that?)

And end user, who use the application can create it own dashboard? 

On internet I found some solution but I want to understand if it's possible (or have sense) to do that, and what are the plugin/solution that I've to use.
