Can query paramters from Power Bi Embedded reports using the url or the configuration?

Change query parameters. By defining parameters on the API, you can set the values and get different results and data to reflect only what this report’s users should see.

Is there a tutorial to show how this can work with Embedded report.

Also in case if the rest API is used to set different parameter values then will the last applied value persist or will the value being set be related to the specific embed token.
