Hi All , 

 

I need to refresh Power BI report published over Web  from SQL Job . I have explored few options like PowerShell or Flow but they all require  Registration of application . Since , any such requirement would need accessing Power BI Rest API hence any route would require registration of the application accessing it .

 

But I need to know if there can be any way in which we can skip co-ordination with Azure administrator for app registration ?
